“Smoky Mountain” and “Portraits of America” Two films created by visiting French photographer and painter while in residence in Western North Carolina. “Smoky Mountain” is a series of black and white landscape stills, later made into a film. “Portraits” shows photographs of 33 neighbors in the WNC community where the artist lived at the time.
